Holding the line through a simultaneous team exit

The Challenge

In August 2023, a writer and a designer resigned simultaneously, putting project continuity, deadlines, and team morale at real risk.

What I Did

• Absorbed additional responsibilities immediately to keep the workflow moving, and launched a recruitment drive to fill the gaps quickly.
• Onboarded two new hires with different backgrounds, using the departing writer for a clean knowledge transfer and a structured training roadmap.
• Redefined the training process so new team members adapted to their roles fast.

Results & Impact
